Do I purchase inventory through Fashion Formula Academy?
No. Fashion Formula Academy does not sell inventory or collect payments for vendors.
Once you have reviewed your sourcing report and selected the vendors you would like to work with, Fashion Formula Academy will facilitate introductions so you can complete purchases directly with the vendor.
Do I need a resale certificate?
Many wholesale vendors require a valid resale certificate before allowing purchases. If you do not currently have a resale certificate, we recommend obtaining one before purchasing inventory.

Clients are never required to purchase inventory from any recommended vendor.

Do you guarantee vendor approval?
No. Vendor approvals, purchasing privileges, account requirements, inventory availability, and minimum order requirements are determined solely by each vendor.
Fashion Formula Academy cannot guarantee approval with any vendor.
Do you guarantee inventory availability?
No. Inventory levels, pricing, colors, sizing, and product availability may change at any time.
Because the Los Angeles Fashion District is a fast moving marketplace, products may sell out before purchasing decisions are made.
What happens after I select my vendors?
Once you have reviewed your sourcing report and made your selections, Fashion Formula Academy will facilitate introductions between you and your chosen vendors.
Purchases, invoices, payment arrangements, and order terms are handled directly between you and the vendor.
Do you offer logistics and consolidation services?
Yes. Logistics services are available separately and may include services such as vendor pickup, order consolidation, shipping coordination, and related support.
